Prior to founding Executive Spirit, Kate Barker has held roles of Director of Executive Development at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC). Here she led a national team of coaches and facilitators in the design and delivery of Executive Leadership Programs and 1:1 Executive Coaching Programs for PWC in UK, USA & Australia and their Clients including NAB, CBA, Wesfarmers, Origin Energy and Telstra. Prior to PWC, Kate held national roles as Consulting Director managing client engagements of $2b and Human Resources Director for Deloitte leading a team of 40.
In 2004 she was awarded Deloitte Businesswomen of the Year recognising her achievements as one of Deloitte’s most talented women.
Kate holds a solid academic record with a Bachelor Business degree, postgraduate qualifications including an MBA from the Australia Graduate School of Management (AGSM) and a Masters in Organisational Coaching from The University of Sydney.

Leah is a unique combination of business acumen and people development expertise with over 16 years' experience in leadership development across the consulting, coaching and organisational development environments.
Leah has provided human resource, learning and development, and organisational change services in a wide and diverse range of industries in Australia and across Asia Pacific (including Singapore and Hong Kong).

KARILYN FAZIO
Executive Coach
Karilyn Fazio has worked in the people development sector for the past six years as an Executive Coach and team facilitator. She is a committee member of the International Coaching Federation, member of the Executive Coaching Association, Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction) Curtin University, Dip. Ed. University of Melbourne and is commencing her Masters in Organisational Coaching at the University of Sydney in July 2005.

Charlie's experience as an Executive Assistance spans 6 years in both consulting and accounting industry with experience in the areas of organising Leadership Development workshops, organising client meetings and confidential executive coaching administration support. Charlie brings a unique mix of business and administration experience to her role.
Charlie's career includes working both in London & Australia for Ernst & Young and KPMG as an Executive Assistant. Her roles have included support in organisational change management, mergers & acquisitions and new technology implementation. Charlie trained in Human Resources before commencing with Executive Spirit in 2007.

PETER SHEARER
Executive Coach and Facilitator
For the last 15 years Peter has worked as a facilitator, coach and consultant in over 20 countries with global blue chip organisations such as McKinsey & Co, Royal Dutch Shell, KPMG, Anglo Coal, Woodside, PwC, Microsoft and Discovery Chanel Europe. The core focus of his work has been in two key areas; organisational culture transformation which includes designing, delivering and embedding programs which focus on shifting mindsets and behaviours in organisations and in leadership development.
Since 2001, Peter has held the position of Senior Facilitator with the Mindsets & Capabilities practise within McKinsey & Co. serving their clients and working internally as a faculty member on their coaching programs and facilitated on numerous workshops throughout Australia and globally with their Inside Organisational Practise.
He has been a lead facilitator and coach in organisational wide culture change programs from the top teams through to front lines. This includes a five year culture change program with a top tier bank in Australia (2001-2006), a leadership development program with a large mining company in South Africa (2003-2006), a mindsets and behaviours change program with a large Telco in Australia (2004-2005) an Inspiring Leaders Program with one of the a top 4 Financial services firm (2005-2007) and currently working with the technology division within a top 4 Bank facilitating leadership development programs (2010-2011). Beyond these very extensive programs he has designed and delivered hundreds of workshops and retreats locally and internationally with over forty companies in such areas as team building and alignment, leadership development, performance improvement and mindsets and behavioural change.

Recent Engagements
Westpac (2010) Co-designed and facilitated a series of team alignment and leadership development workshops for the Technology division within Westpac. This included an extensive coaching program using Barrett’s Value’s process as the key instrument.
KPMG-(2010) Designed and facilitated a series of workshops for the Tax division within KPMG. The focus of these workshops centred on strategic planning, LSI coaching and relationship building.
Royal Dutch Shell (2009 -11) Co-designed and currently facilitating a Global leadership program for Shell (The Hague, The Netherlands). The intent of this program is to develop more self aware, collaborative and confident leaders in the mid tier level within Shell.
KPMG (2008-10) Lead facilitator/coach presenting Leadership Development workshops for the KPMG Partner group. The focus was to shift mindsets and behaviours of the Partner group to create a more collaborative and innovative culture. In June 2009, facilitated their Executive Group’s Asia Strategy Day attended by the CEO and the top Executives and Partners involved with the Asian region.
ANZ (2000-09) Actively involved with ANZ Banking Group for the last nine years as a facilitator, coach, consultant and trainer for their facilitators. This work which includes delivering over 300 programs.
PwC (2005-2007) Key facilitator within a small team leading an organisational wide culture transformation program called Inspiring Leaders working primarily with the Partner group, Senior Managers and Directors. These workshops ranged in size from 12 attendees to over 300 in attendance.
McKinsey & Co (2000-2010) Joined the Mindsets and Capabilities Practise within McKinsey in 2000 and extensively involved as a coach and lead facilitator working internally with McKinsey Directors, Partners and Associates and with their international clients in over 20 countries including Malaysia, Oman, Czech Republic, South Africa, Indonesia, UK and Brazil. Coach/facilitator on the Leadership@McKinsey workshops, considered the flagship coaching program for the top tier leaders in McKinsey, contributing to part of the original design of these programs and delivering workshops in Athens, Chicago, Stockholm and Rome. Coach/facilitator on the Client Leadership Workshop (CLW) for McKinsey, a program focused on preparing Associates for their next level of tenure as Partners.

Raechel began her career in business banking. Intrigued by the impact of organisational dynamics on workplace performance, she embarked on a Masters in Organisation Psychology. In 2004 Raechel transitioned from management consulting, taking on the role of General Manager, Organisation Development at CSIRO. Dr Steven Bannon is a registered psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in providing leadership development and executive coaching to enhance performance.
Steven’s success in enhancing performance stems from working with elite athletes competing in the Sydney, Turin and London Olympics. He has worked at a variety of sports institutes within Australia and globally, where he is involved in the preparation and enhancement of national athletes, coaches and world class programs.
